Staying Healthy In 2020

Do you have a health goals or a vision of what your health is like at the end of 2020? If so what health steps did you have to take to get there? Regular scheduled doctors visits are very important and can increase a more healthier you. The National Institute on Aging</a> says that making a list is a number one go to when preparing for a doctors appointment. Making a list ensures you get the most important things addressed at each doctors visit. For example are there certain cancers or diseases you may want to be tested for?

Prostate

lung

colorectal

bladder

melanoma according to the U.S. Centers for Disease

For women cervical cancer and breast cancer are two very subjects that should be marked as most important on your list and brought up almost immediately at your appointment.
